Cajun Food Gumbo Mix Case of 12

Each pack makes approximately 7 - 8 oz servings when combined with 1 lb. meat of your choice. Quick, easy, and delicious.

Gumbo Directions:

	Precook 1lb. meat of your choice (seafood & smoked sausage need not be precooked).
	Add Gumbo Mix and meat to 6 cups of Water, stir well and bring to a boil.
	Reduce heat to low, cover pot and let cook on low for 20 minutes.
	Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
