Louisiana Lagniappe proudly features Rosalie Sugarmill Inc's. Louisiana select improved pecans, raised in central Louisiana by the Norman Family on 80 acres of Rosalie’s alluvial Red River soil.

Rosalie Plantation is the Norman family's small, diversified family farm in central Louisiana on Bayou Robert about five miles south of Alexandria.  Centered around a picturesque antebellum sugar mill, the farm includes 80 acres of improved pecan trees.

Louisiana Lagniappe offers Certified Louisiana pecans, Louisiana pecan tins, shelled pecan halves in tins, boxed pecan halves, and cracked pecans.

Shelled Pecan Halves

Nothing but beautiful shelled pecan halves ready for toasting, cooking, or snacking.

Pecan halves are shipped sealed in plastic inside white boxes or packaged in gift tins.

Cracked "Plus" Pecans (NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO QUALITY PROBLEMS - 10-29-07)

Cracked plus pecans are "Caddo" pecans, a new variety which is slightly smaller than our other pecans but produces a delicious golden junior mammoth sized pecan half.    If you like "Elliott" pecans as many people do, you'll like "Caddo" pecans better.

These pecans have been cracked and shelled, and about 80% of the shell has been removed.  This "Cracked Plus" pecan product contains mostly beautiful tasty junior mammoth pecan halves, some pieces produced in the processing, and a few bits of shell that you have to take out yourself.
