Damaged
Goods - Please inspect your order when it is
delivered. If there are any damages notify us as soon as
possible at 985-308-0551 or email to sales@lalagniappe.com.
We will replace any items damaged or the entire order as required.
Satisfaction Guarantee - We also offer
a 100% satisfaction policy. If an item is undamaged, but you
are unhappy with the product, you have 14 days from delivery to
return it for credit. Please email us at returns@lalagniappe.com
or call 985-308-0551 to get a return authorization number.
When the items is received in original condition we will issue a
credit for the full purchase price. We will not absorb
shipping charges for returned merchandise.
