We ship only to the continental USA!  If shipping is possible to other areas, please be aware that additional shipping will be charged.  You will be notified of the additional cost before any shipments are made outside the continental USA.

If you live outside the continental USA, please contact us at 985-308-0551 or sales@lalagniappe.com before placing an order.  We can then check shipping and send you a quote prior to completing the order.  We carry some items (some outdoor burners) that cannot be shipped outside the USA.

Our shopping cart does not calculate shipping for packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada or for orders with a total weight over 75 lbs.  You can check out and pay for your items without selecting any shipping option.  We will then calculate the shipping charge and notify you before additional charges are added to your bill.  If you prefer, please contact us for a quote.

We normally ship within 48 hours of order receipt except on holidays and weekends.  We ship on the first business day thereafter on holidays and weekends.  You will be notified via email of your order's shipping status.

Our rates are calculated by weight.  We do not attempt to profit from shipping, but charge as closely as possible our cost to both package and ship your order.

After shipment, transit time is normally 2-5 working days (not including weekends and holidays), with shipments to California and the Northwest requiring the longest delivery.
